Express Labels are the perfect option, if you need your labels in a hurry. Express labels are available in 11 different paper stocks and 6 different ink colors! Choose from 10 different standard shipping label designs or supply your own design. Our express label service also includes audio, video and floppy disk labels. Fax us a sample of the layout that you want to use and we will do the rest of the work for you. If you need additional features or options not covered below, call us. We can duplicate your existing labels or produce new designs to your exact specifications.

Please note that the colors displayed are approximate and can vary significantly depending on your browser. The vinyl labels cost 100% more than the other standard label stocks. The Gloss, Gold Foil & Silver Foil stocks are not recommended for use in typewriters or computer printers.

You can specify the copy placement direction on your labels. Choose Style 1, 2, 3 or 4 to accomodate your typewriter, computer printer or labeling machine. Style 1 will be used, if no copy placement direction is specified.

Choose squares and rectangles for applications that need maximum print space. Square and rectangular labels are ideal for advertising, bumper stickers, manufacturing labels, school spirit labels and shipping instructions. Choose rounded corner labels when purpose and style are a necessity. Rounded corner labels are great for mailing labels, packaging instructions, promotional or special events and technical instructions.

Helvetica Bold is the standard typestyle supplied when no other typestyle is specified:

You may also choose from 23 other typestyles for imprinted information on your labels. A stylesheet displaying each typestyle may be requested by e-mail, fax or telephone. The stylesheet can be e-mailed as an attached file or faxed directly to you.

Camera ready art should be submitted as clean, sharp, exact size black and white originals. Fine lines of type, screens, and heavy solids will not reproduce well. Enlargements or reductions can be accepted, but may result in having logo setup charges assessed by the printer. Graphics files may be submitted in EPS or TIF formats with a minimum resolution of 600 DPI (dots per inch). We also accept graphics files produced by Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and Quark Express. All artwork is subject to factory acceptance and will not be returned unless requested at the time you order.

Standard labels designs listed on our various express label pages will be produced for the exact quantity ordered. We are always happy to quote on bleeds, screens, reverses, special die cuts, perforations, slits, hole punches, special adhesives and other custom options. Some custom label printing jobs may be subject to +/-10% overruns/underruns. It is customary for label printers to reserve the right to use any labels they have printed in their marketing and promotional efforts unless written notification to the contrary is submitted by the customer at the time the order is placed. Cancellation charges may be imposed by the label printer, if an order is cancelled after the label printer has accepted the order.

The laser/ink jet label sheet designs include address labels, shipping labels, video labels, audio cassette labels, file folder labels, computer diskette labels and a nice selection of circular labels. These white uncoated paper sheets are ideal for in-house label printing using your laser or ink jet printer. To order by e-mail use our on-line quotation form. Simply complete the requested information and you're on your way! We will contact you, if we need additional information such as paper colors or starting check numbers. No fax is needed for repeat orders of checks that have had no changes since your previous order. You may also e-mail us directly at bizforms@adelphia.net.

We will e-mail or fax you a confirmation on your order and request that you return e-mail or return fax your acceptance of the order. This is the time to review all of the information entered on the order for accuracy and completeness. Your order will be processed and faxed to the printer within 1 working day (Monday through Friday) after receipt of your order acceptance and acceptable form of payment. Our printers normally ship express label orders within 1 working day. Some options such as special color matches and special coatings may take and additional 1-2 working days. Camera ready artwork is always forwarded to printers by Priority Mail at no additional charge, but you should allow an extra 2 to 3 working days, when camera ready artwork is required.

Our express labels are shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air, but you will only be charged UPS Ground delivery rates within the contiguous 48 states. Custom labels are shipped by UPS Ground. We recommend requesting 2nd Day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii and 3rd Day delivery to foreign or overseas shipment destinations. Shipping is quoted and charged at our true cost. A $2 handling charge is added per order to cover the cost for faxing confirmations and for faxing your orders and artwork to the printer. There is no 2nd or 3rd handling charge when more than one check, form or label is ordered at the same time. Payment of customs duties, value added taxes and other fees levied by government agencies on overseas orders are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept Company Checks, Personal Checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA as acceptable forms of payment on all orders. Sorry, but we can't accept COD orders. Payment by credit card assures you of the fastest possible delivery time. Check payments on overseas orders must be by certified check or international money order denominated in U.S. funds.

You will receive a Reminder Form with each order that includes your reorder job number. This number may be used to place an identical order in the future. Our label printers will keep your original artwork on file for at least 18 months, but they don't accept responsibility for any damage or loss to such artwork files. All other terms and conditions on repeat orders are indentical to terms and conditions on first time orders.
